I was hoping for more but I'll take it. Never did get the walk in that I had planned for the weekend but this week will be more productive. School, work and weight loss are back in session...
195.4 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
