Not much of a loss but at least it's in the right direction. Note to self: If you would put the laptop down, get out of your big green chair and exercise you might have a better loss next week.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
