Well here I am about 10.5 weeks into my slow lifestyle shift, and I've reached my tentative weight goal!!! I am quite proud I've stuck with it through the summer, what with all of the parties and gatherings. Time to get my body fat percentage taken again. Last time it was done with calipers and was 18% at 241. I'm interested to see where it is at now. I can't see abs yet, so my guess is probably around 14 or so, either way, I'm cruising right along! :)
