Returned home after a couple days at Mom's, helping her with her cataract surgery. Also doing errands.Slept for 16 hrs. Exhausted. Did ok with diet, terrible with exercise so I'll hit the gym this afternoon before i p/u the kid.
Hope to pressure cook oxtail stew and get a bit o' gardening done.

All sure to help the soul.
244.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
