2228 kcal Fat: 54.41g | Prot: 215.24g | Carb: 219.46g.   Breakfast: 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Low Fat Cheddar Cheese, orange juice, cilantro salsa. Lunch: pickles, Skinless & Boneless Pink Salmon in Water, Cheese Heads 100% Natural Light String Cheese. Dinner: rice-a-roni, cilantro salsa, pear, chicken breast, celery, Young Green Onions (Tops Only) , mayonnaise great value. Snacks/Other: Premier Protein bar Peanut butter, Zone Perfect Almond Raisin, skim milk, banana, Triple Chocolate Muscle Building Milk Shake, corn syrup. more...
