Didn't lose as much as I wanted. But I followed the plan precisely, so i don't feel bad at all. That's a 7.4 loss in two weeks. Wanna encourage everyone to stay on track.

Remember: Eat to live, not live to eat.
135.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
