Didn't lose as much as I wanted. But I followed the plan precisely, so i don't feel bad at all. That's a 7.4 loss in two weeks. Wanna encourage everyone to stay on track.

Remember: Eat to live, not live to eat.
135.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

750 kcal Fat: 17.58g | Prot: 54.26g | Carb: 101.56g.   Breakfast: Broccoli, Nectarines. Lunch: Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner: Spinach, grill chicken strip, Light Ranch Dressing, premium croutons, potato. Snacks/Other: crackers, Turkey Cotto Salami, Apples. more...
