New decade! Week 1-Day 4 I on Naturally Slim and I am 4 lbs down!!!!
I'M IN YELLOW...NEVER BEEN IN YELLOW BEFORE!!!

Breakfast -
mini whole wheat bagel
almond butter
coffee w/non fat half & half

Lunch -
onion rings w/ketchup (ate 5 and gave rest away)
turkey burger w/lettuce, tomato, mayo, grilled onions on kaiser roll (cut in quarters, ate half and gave rest away)

Supper -
half of boneless skinless chicken breast marinated in ranch dressing
romaine salad w/mango, red onion, cucumber, tomato & Newman's organic herb vinagarette dressing

Sipped my H2OJ throughout the day (2 32 oz bottles) and supplemented with water. Re-read my notes and cut this back since 2 bottles is one cup of OJ which is most I should have in one day. The key is slowly sipping this throughout the day.

I read my hunger queues well today and recognized when I was appropriately full to stop eating. I find it is hard having been a member of the "clean your plate club" my whole life to really recognize fullness. I think 10-5-10 to 10-5-15 is about right, of course that all depends on how much DH and I talk through dinner, the more the better as it gives my brain more of a chance to register fullness.

Tomorrow will be different from my normal routine since I work from home and then on weekends my eating patterns are always off. Need to make sure I have hunger savers with me in case Hunger Level 4 rears it's ugly head! Family reunion on Sunday, oh yeah, tons of food will be present. That will be a significant challenge. Next week I am in a training class all week with brkf, lunch and snack being served. I think I will be OK with that.

I really need to try to read my breakfast hunger level better. Not sure if I am really hungry for breakfast or if this is just habit of eating first thing in the morning. Might try to wait it out tomorrow to see how my hunger level changes through the morning.

Gotta run for now, hope you are all well.
