Have been off pills for a while now. 10 days of antibiotics for a UTI and 7 days of a cleanse after the antibiotics. Gained about 5 lbs which is typical with the cleanse. Today I'll start the eradicate (azure) and slimxster (amp'd up) combo again. Last week I went to the gym w/ Cory. I hope to make that a regular thing. Would also be nice if I could go another time solo during the week. 2x a week isn't ideal but it would be a definite lifestyle improvement for me.
