Okay, so the first time I recorded my weight, it was with my scale, and I think my scale is REALLY off. I didn't realize until one day it said I was 140, then the next day it said I was 146. Both at the same time in the morning. So I tried it again a couple hours later and it said 143. Then a couple hours later it said 141. So it's just not accurate.

My parents' scale seems to be much more accurate, so I've been going over about once a week and weighing myself there.

It said I started at 146. The next week it was 144, and now it's 141.5. So that makes me happy. About 5 pounds down so far.

I've been doing the 30 day shred about 4 days a week, and I really think it's helping. When I look in the mirror, I definitely look skinnier. My measurements haven't changed that much I think, but I am feeling skinnier, and my clothes are fitting better.

Here are my measurements so far:
Bust: 36
Waist: 30.5
Hips: 38
Arms: still 12"

Well, that's good. One inch down in bust and hips, half an inch on my waist. Just gotta keep it up.
141.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 1.0 lb a week
