There was a pretty good string of posts going about low-carbing while pregnant. I've been pretty careful about getting enough carbs. It's sort of taken some effort after low-carbing for so long; I feel guilty eating fruit sometimes! But I'm right on track weight-wise, I feel great, and I've been writing down everything I eat so I can make sure I'm getting enough good carbs. Still no sugar, no refined flour, stuff like that. I'm shooting for no more than a 20 lb. gain. I wish I had eaten like this during my first pregnancy.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Atkins   gaining 0.5 lb a week

You should subscribe to that FitPregnancy Magazine. I've heard of people that got pregnant while they were dieting and continued exercising and eating healthy (like you are) using the exercises in the magazine and after they gave birth, they weighed less than they did when they got pregnant. Though, I'm sure your doctor will have plenty of his own advice.
