Trying to get back on (and stay on) track regarding my food. Exercise also is a problem right now. But hopefully, after the musical and the races that are happening this week and next, I will be able to refocus my efforts and get back down below 200 lbs. AND STAY THERE. :o)
214.8 lb Lost so far: 135.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
