Light calorie day yesterday helped a little bit. I'd like to see 185-188 by the end of March. At this rate, I should be able to manage that. I've been getting back to the gym, too, which helps.

Big event on March 27th. The next Division of my speech contest that nigh!
191.0 lb Lost so far: 89.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Same judges by any chance? If so, they'll be likely to notice your shrinking physique. Hope your feet don't shrink so that you cannot wear THOSE beautiful shoes again.
