completed 1st milestone in web/marketing project i'm doing to help a friend. 1st time since pre-brain tumor time that I've spent considerable time working at computer and ambivelant about it. the sitting and working is physically wrecking me. feel horrible. Need standing desk or adaptation.

The sense of accomplishment, though, is lifting me. And he should be gifting me a new graphics/video editing workstation. woot!
243.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

My desk height at work allows me to stand whenever I want. I also have a chair incase I am tired.. but always keep a chair around because after leg day....it is VERY hard to stand for 8 hours. LOL.

A friend just got a nifty desk that can easily change from sitting to standing height. He also got a balance board to use sometimes while he is at his desk. It is a pretty sweet set up and allows for changing conveniently to a variety of positions. It has been helping his knees and back.
