Down another .5lb today. Made the mistake last night of ordering a small steak salad at the local pub – waitress claimed it had an 8oz steak which sounded like plenty, but when it arrived it was no more than 4oz and a couple of spinach leaves (she had obviously confused the salad proportions with the steak entry proportions). Anyhow, got through it.

289.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 114.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
