Shocked this morning I didn't gain after having house guests all weekend and made some undesirable food choices i.e. chips, booze, etc. Monday morning is now looking a little brighter.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
