With the exception of Friday when we had the family event, I've been carefully watching my food and trying to make cuts where possible.

It seems to have helped :)
The close I get to my second weight goal it seems I need to really close in on my control. Hard during PMS, since thats the one week that I have no control over myself. But now TOM, just need to get through this week and hopefully see the kilos drop.

I've decided to leave my scale at its happy juju spot - this way I can at least keep the numbers consistent. There is a chance I'll have a "carb up" night this week for my hubbys bday - taking him to a very nice restaurant. I do usually do the "carb up" once every three months so its is about time. Lets see....

my next weight goal is to TRY to get to around 52 Kilos... then 50. But doubt that will happen. 52 is maybe possible.
119.5 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
