started my leptin reset today... go in Wednesday for my hysterectomy
288.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck to you, as I know this surgery is what you've wanted for awhile now. Hope the hospital dieticians can handle a leptin reset!
