Down into the 160s! This moves me from "obese" to "overweight" according to BMI. It feels kind of weird to celebrate being overweight, but I'll take it. :)
169.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

Congratulations on the loss and into another group of numbers, each 10 lbs is a challenge and that is what I go by...10 lbs at a time..it feels great...I just jumped into the 150's it took some time but I am there 158..yeah!
