im losing slowly but surely
188.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

Get more work walk, hit the treadmill leave the bagels and cream cheese alone if u change a few things u will be suprised @ how much weigh will come off n a short period of time
