After cheese, nuts, cheese and more nuts I was really quite prepared for a battering this morning. While far from what I would like it to be at least it's gone down. It does seem I'm entering pms so the next week will be up and down. Some months during pms/Tom my weight drops, some it goes up - I get the feeling this is one of the up months. But I'm aware and this is nothing new.
120.4 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
