Down .4 lbs...I know it is a small amt but it makes me happy. I will be at 190 in no time. I am trying to keep cheese (as much as possible) and nuts out of my diet. I didn't seem to lose any weight when I ate those regularly.

B - Curves whole grain cereal with light soy milk (150 cal)
S - can of V8 (30 cal)
L - small salad and broccoli with homemade ranch (made with ranch powder and No fat sour cream) (not sure of cals so I will estimate at 250)
D - ?? Thinking about parmesan crusted zucchini and squash with tilapia (450 cal est.)
195.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
