Firelair's Journal, 17 February 2015

I've realized that I started slacking on Fatsecret as soon as I got a new journal. While my thoughts and memories are being recorded, I'm no longer making the time to keep my caloric intake nor weight measurements as diligently as before! Recognition is the first step, now its time to make a change!

Also, OfficerBF found out that my weight / physical measurements are within standards to try to get back in to the military. Going to try to lose another 5lbs and give them a call (additional loss will account for clothing while on the scale).
166.2 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
