I was both shocked and pleased to see my weight count today. After celebrating Valentines Day with a Pina Colada and enjoying the AllStar basketball game with extra veggie intakes, I expected my weight to remain the same or one pound less. Wow!
Perhaps I could contribute the weight loss to taking a page or two out of Carrol's weight loss regimen: sweatsuit while exercising and less intake of Thousand Island dressing.
