Previous day: coffee,berries, yogurt, cereal; V8; AZN wanchai shrimp, General Tzu chicken, 1/2 bottle wine
171.5 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
