I don't know how I even lost a pound!!! I'm getting so ANGRY at myself. I'm just out of control!!
I don't get it, I was rocking it, before surgery and now I'm a hot mess.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2008 kcal Fat: 101.65g | Prot: 115.34g | Carb: 156.50g.   Breakfast: Light & Fit Smoothie - Mixed Berry, Activia. Lunch: Chicken Breast Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Flour, Fried, Cooked), chicken wing. Dinner: Wonder whole grain white, bacon, egg. Snacks/Other: decaf with non dairy creamer, Zucchini Bread, bottled water, Milk Chocolate Candies (with Almonds), Pinch of Salt Potato Chips, Lite coffee with non dairy creamer, lite butter and canola oil, Diet Pepsi (20 oz Bottle). more...
