Wooohooo!!!! Weighed in today at WW. Got my 5 lb star. This is a good start. Only my first week back after a long break. I wanna say congratulations to anyone with a loss this week, and if not, keep your head up and keep trying. Remember: When you give up, you only gain more.
137.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
