Wooohooo!!!! Weighed in today at WW. Got my 5 lb star. This is a good start. Only my first week back after a long break. I wanna say congratulations to anyone with a loss this week, and if not, keep your head up and keep trying. Remember: When you give up, you only gain more.
137.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1305 kcal Fat: 41.35g | Prot: 48.20g | Carb: 171.34g.   Breakfast: Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), Honeydew Melon, Espresso Coffee. Lunch: Tahini Hummus, Flour Tortilla Chips, tomato, WW VANILLA RND I/C SNDWICH 6Pwee. Dinner: Light Wheat Bread, Turkey Cotto Salami, drumstick, Tahini Hummus. Snacks/Other: Celery, Cucumber (Peeled), wine. more...
