aggie95's Journal, 13 February 2015

Holy Moly, I'm up 2 lbs! What the ??? Well, I guess eating cake doesn't help! Other than that I don't get it. I've done work outs this week and helped out on the farm a couple of nights this week too. I think it's just a season thing where it doesn't matter what you do, you can't shake the weight off - that's just nonsense!! I guess I'll just have to work harder and be really mindful of my eating. No issues with clothes feeling tighter, so I'm lucky there.

Really cold today, -11F, so might not run outside today. I think I'll wait until this evening and hit the treadmill.

Have a great weekend buddies!!

The last 10 pounds are the hardest. Keep working toward your goal. Hoping you can get in some exercise. Housework is exercise, but I lost my weight by walking every day.

I would check measurements and go off of them. They are more accurate then scale weight
