For the past 2.5 weeks I have increased my protein take in; along with 20 additional minutes of cardio a week. I have lost 4 lbs and keeping it off with no porblem.
134.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
