Very encouraging result today. It's almost a shame I'm off on vacation on Friday; I've been in a very good place the past couple of weeks. While I'm on vacation the plan is to start the day with a Slim Fast shake, see what happens at lunchtime and eat what I want for dinner. My goal is to stay under my RDI of 2800 calories. I still plan to track what I eat here at FS. I hope that by giving myself permission to go off my diet while I'm in the States, I won't feel like I have failed and will be in a better place to get back on track when I return to Japan in August.
228.3 lb Lost so far: 36.7 lb.    Still to go: 48.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
