184.6 this morning. I did better yesterday with the snacking. I did still snack in the evening but not near the quantities nor the type of food I have been eating. Progress. Bob is working today so I actually have some time alone in the house. I might tackle some cleaning projects or I might just let the couch potato magnets capture me and pull me to a relaxed position on the sofa where I can nap!! LOL!!! No plans really this weekend. I hope you all have a pleasant weekend and find yourselves more and more satisfied and at ease with the choices you are making!!
184.6 lb Lost so far: 74.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Amy ... I think your magnets breeded then meandered across the country to my little mountain home here in Idaho!!! You'll get a grip on the snack monster soon ... lots of changes in your world too ... and a fair amount of stress, even though your journal entries always sound so calm and balanced I imagine you are feeling for your friend and missing your hubby with the changes to your routine. Let's focus and continue to be kind to ourselves ... (BIG SMILES)!!!
