It is frustrating to lose only one pound in two weeks. I did have a weekend where I drank a lot of margaritas but I did not think it could make that much of a difference. Apparently it did. Next week I will try to cut out salt and start to focus on What I am eating instead of just how many calories it contains.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
