We switched our fasts from evening meal to even meal, to breakfast to breakfast.

We were both finding that we could not find enough energy to do physical work on a fasting day. And, there's lots to do out here in the woods. In addition, Robin found that he would get chill and not be able to work through it or warm up. I've had this happen regularly in the past, but never Robin.

So. We decided to start our day with a decent breakfast of between 500 and 700 calories and then not eat again until the following morning.

So far, it seems to work. Although I've noticed that last night and the prior fasting day Robin is waking up between 3 and 4 am. I wonder if hunger is waking him up. I talked him into going back to sleep this morning since we have a busy day at the farm.
