Thought I did really good yesterday; I went to the store yesterday; unfortunately I was hungry when I went; but was able to resist the temptation to buy candy or any other type of junk food. I walked out of the store with a number of essential non food items and the food items that I did buy were bananas, corn on the cob ( was on sale), cherries and plums. No junk food at all.
