Just maintaining weight right now !!! Wanting to loose more. I bought a Jillian Micheals yoga cd. I watched it it looks a little challenging!! She really makes ya work !!! She garantees to loose 5 pounds a week !! I hope so !!!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well I did the Jillian Micheals yoga dvd and I did level one. She kicked my but !! Never has yoga been so challenging for me !!! I will have to get used to it !!! Not too bad for first try !!

I've never done yoga, but want to. Do you think this a good one to use to start, or do you recommend a "beginner" yoga?

Definately a beginner yoga. Jillian Michaels puts cardio in her practise. I don't think many others do. I belong to the YMCA and their yoga is more about balance and stretching. No cardio in it. I don't really know of any beginners ones off hand. Good luck !! You'll love it !!!
