Well I ate a lot more protein this past week and increased my lifting and workouts...I feel like 1 lb is a good thing, considering how much lean mass I probably packed on. Three weeks to vacation, time to really crank it up...gonna try to experiment more with using cold to my advantage.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
