2106 kcal Fat: 170.47g | Prot: 105.90g | Carb: 42.94g.   Breakfast: atkins caramel shake, egg. Lunch: kalamata olives, hard boiled egg, lettuce , slivered almonds wegmans, blueberries, bacon bits wegmans, shredded cheddar wegmans, Signature Crab Cake ($10 meal). Dinner: Lamb Chop. Snacks/Other: cream, splenda packet, toasted almond dunkin donuts coffee, Atkins Advantage Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat Bar. more...
