So I have finally lost weight again! I think after a few weeks of not much weight loss, my body's finally realized it should stop holding onto the weight and drop it! LOL

So today I'm off to PEI to teach UFE prep. I've got to finish packing and then get to the Toronto Airport... it's not my favourite airport, but generally everyone is really nice.

I'm flying with Westjet, and they've always been great with their flights, so it should go great!

Packing always causes me stress in case I forget something... and this usually causes me to pack a bunch of stuff that I don't end up using. It's okay as long as I don't go over the luggage limit.
281.6 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb.    Still to go: 82.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done, Brandy girl! Don't forget your resistance cords. They pack nicely into anything.

I don't own resistance cords :( I just brought my workout DVDs and will do those... I'm hoping there's enough open space in the rooms!
