Lost 2 lbs of fat. At first I was disappointed that it wasn't more, but then I held a 2 lb pack of bacon and compared it to taking "that" off my body and I was kinda glad! It must have come off the "girls" because now my bra fits much nicer. Next weign-in is on Sunday the 8th.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
