this AM , my DW tried a coconut flour pancake recipe , and with a little substitution, presented me with a hot stack of PANCAKES.!! mmmmm.

I didnt think Coc flour could be so GOOD Tsting & great for ketogenic diet! recipe is on my brfst menu for today
