It is less intense to weigh yourself once a week. I picked Sunday as my weigh-in day. This keeps me on track for the weekend.

P.S. Don't you wish they would stop showing that side ad, an avacado with an egg in it! It's beginning to make me crave it!
254.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
