A very minor gain but I am okay with this. So close to my goal of being below 200 lbs! Just gotta keep on pushing. I am pretty revved up for this week and more determined to get below 200 lbs. I know I can do this...just gotta push myself a little harder. Pretty excited about that prospect AND that I am definitely seeing results. My stomach doesn't protrude as much...my arms are getting definition...yeah. Definitely proud of myself. Just need to keep it up. :)
