Still low carb, not losing though, up a couple of lbs. Maybe to many calories, and not enough exercise. I am finding it hard to make exercise one of my highest priorities. I am repeating myself here, I know what i need to do.
271.4 lb Lost so far: 63.6 lb.    Still to go: 71.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
