This is rough! Really hard time breaking old habits. Looks like I'm still on WW. Need to change that. WW was ok when I had a meeting, but since we moved - it just wasn't wor for me anymore. Looking over the DASH plan and just trying to be better all around. I need more structure and more self-control.
202.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Most diet plans work when you work them. But you do need to find a plan that fits your life style, so you really want to work it, lol! I'm sure you will do great.
