Day 13 of SDL's BLC and the scale finally moved south again. Only five more days in this week to drop 2.5 pounds. I don't know if it's my eating or what but I haven't gone #2 in a couple days now but I'm not constipated. I might try adding in some fiber to see if that helps. I also didn't drink the full 8 glasses of water to flush out any sodium so that's my goal today.

Exercise:
4.53 miles on the treadmill walking at 4mph
15 minutes on the elliptical

Steps: 14,100
151.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
