yep, i gained this week, but only 0.4 and i have to say i was absolutely thrilled that was all. seeing as how TOM was visiting i really expected it to be much worse and lately it has been. but i have to admit i think the walking helped the gain be not as huge as it's been the last few months. so i guess i have to admit exercise is benefical(oh i hate it when they're right about that).i'm going to try my hardest to walk at least 3-4 days a week, i have a 2 mile walk mapped out and honestly thats what saved me this week.
