Creeping up to the half way mark of the challenge and still a ways to go....s-l-o-w progress but every little bit counts. My diet is starting to feel more like a change of habits and eating attitudes which is a big gain(no pun intended)! 21lbs in 7 weeks....time to pick up the pace!
