So I stopped watching what I ate and went up to 190 but have started using My Fitness Pal 12 days ago and have lost 6lbs (some water weight I'm sure). I log my food every day now and make sure I stay under my limit. I'll update here occasionally.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
