So yesterday's food was much closer to what I'd like to be eating all the time. Minimal processed foods. I did notice some mental hunger pangs after dinner but managed largely to resist. I'm not sure how sustainable a diet like that might be, but I'll keep doing it and see how it goes.
223.6 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
