Still seeing nice, steady loss. Roughly 3-3.5 lbs per week on the Cruise Phase. I am so amazed and thrilled with my results.

Not finding this diet difficult at all...
151.5 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
