Here we go again! Third day in a row waking at 206 something and getting to 203 something post IF and workout. At least I’m .2 pounds down today. Woke at 206.2, finished my 16:8 fast, and then jumped on the treadmill for a 900 calorie workout. Got 203.4 afterwards. Onward.

Going to try something new: a rolling three day calorie cycle. I’m targeting 2010 a day for the last half of the month. If I eat a few less or a few (or a lot) more on a certain day, I'm going to take the last two days’ calorie average to determine what I eat on the third day (with a 1500 calorie minimum and an RDI (about 2250) calorie maximum. So, I ate 1915 calories two days ago and 2156 calories yesterday. Today I will target 1959 calories. Hey, it’s something to play with.
